Purpose of Position:
Working within the architectural designs established jointly with the Solution Architect, the .Net Dev Lead assumes primary responsibility for the creation and implementation of architectural designs and deliverables of the offshore development team. The .Net Dev Lead’s scope encompasses all aspects of the target application that he/she is assigned and will closely collaborate with the assigned Solution and Database Architects. Key emphasis will be placed on designing applications meeting current and future business requirements in a manner which effectively applies Microsoft .NET technologies and modern design standards/patterns.

Essential Functions:
•Perform as a hands-on application architect under the technical leadership of the Solution Architect.
•Document and describe established architectural designs via approved diagrams and Technical Design Document’s (TDD’s)
•Conduct scrums with Offshore team for task assignment, task estimation, progress and performance tracking.
•Audit the project’s offshore development team’s coded solutions to insure compliance to the correct implementation of architectural designs.
•Collaborate with the Database Architect to refine application database designs and how applications use their databases.
•Perform as a hands-on Senior .NET Developer leading the actual implementation of designs and solutions.
