我想把 速度，时间分别读入两个不同的数组 A（），B（），然后进行  A（)*B（）计算，请问怎样读取两列数？

一次读一行，先统计有多少行，重订义数组大小。
重新打开文件后，
一次读一行,
然后分解这行，分解出二个数字，然后保存到二个数组里。
最后再进行处理。

判断空格和回车，最后加EOF，C中最基础的I/O
