请问大家在表单文本框里的内容,怎样能一点它就选取了它的内容

</table> </form> 比如在这里<input type=text size=20 maxlength=20 name=email value="请填上email">的 value="请填上email",意思是这个文本框的默认内容是"请填上email",我需要做成让别人一点这个框就选取了这个框里的内容,也就是一点这个框就选取了"请填上email",请问怎么改啊? 会的教一下,谢谢啊!
