Microsoft Dynamics is seeking an enthusiastic, creative and experienced Lead Software Development Engineer in Test to join our Shanghai-based Research and Development Center, managing a team of Software Development Engineers in Test and working with integration technologies like: Web Services, BizTalk, Windows Communication Foundation (Indigo).

Our team is highly skilled, creative and motivated. We are helping business partners and developers to integrate Applications and processes with Microsoft’s ERP solutions. The team works with .NET 3.0, SQL 2005, Web Services, Windows Communication Foundation. Responsibilities of this position include managing a team of Software Development Engineers in Test and writing test design specifications, automating test cases, and designing and developing test automation framework and tools

The ideal candidate should be a quick learner and have experience with object-oriented programming languages such as C++, C# or Java. Knowledge and experience in ERP applications is a plus. Qualifications include a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated work experience in software development and/or testing in addition to 1+ year of proven management experience.  A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.  Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English required.



Software Development Engineer

Qualifications:
 
•    Must be highly motivated, willing to learn, possess a strong passion for technology, be self-sufficient, and able to operate effectively under tight deadlines without close supervision; excellent interpersonal / intergroup skills and excellent communications skills;

•    Familiarity with a wide variety of Microsoft products and technologies, especially client, UI and web focused like Windows Presentation Framework, HTML, , Windows Forms, InfoPath, ASP and WSE.

•    Strong C# or C++ coding skills with knowledge of usability standards is a must.

•    Ability to directly interact with customers to distill business requirements, choose the appropriate technology for applications and evaluate whether external technologies are consumable then design and prototype potential solutions using agile development methodologies a must.

•    Ability to be able to advocate the benefits of adopting Microsoft technology for complex applications, identify technology gaps and adoption risks and work with MS product teams to improve our product offerings.

•    5+ years industry experience in software;

•    BS/CS or equivalent experience.
