创建一个SqlConnection的方法，要求返回这个SqlConnection连接，如果连接出错，则返回程序的开头处。我的代码是：

                 return;
            }
        }
但这个“return;”不是返回程序的开头处，而且这个“return;”编译的时候出错，该怎么写呢？

goto;

用goto语句啊，很简单的
例如：
public void abc()
{
     ERR1:
     if(aa==true)
          goto ERR1;
}

什么年代了还使用GOTO啊，
就使用循环就可以了，如果怕死循环导致CPU占用100%，可以使用Thread.Sleep(100)来释放CPU资源。

            while(count<1000)//这里做成了1000次都不成功就退出的
