要求：
    编写一个闰年的汇编程序语言，判断某个年份是否是闰年，如果是，输出“YES！”如果不是则输出“NO！”
    年份变量名称为year,他是一个字变量。
    将year依次赋值为1995，1664，1900，2000，检查程序的输出结果是否正确。
