我用JCreatorPro 能很好的运行但在 dos 下却出现这个错误
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:WhileDemo

请问这个是什么错误怎么解决??

好像是Classpath没有设置吧，要不就是你输入的WhileDemo是小写

java_home D:\j2sdk1.4.2_16
Classpath %java_home%\lib\tools.jar;%java_home%\lib\dt.jar
Path %java_home%\bin

这样设置的对吗?

是我的classpath弄错了,少了一个";".
但我想知道Classpath设置时为什么是 ;%java_home%\lib\tools.jar;%java_home%\lib\dt.jar
要在前面加一个分号??

这个没的说，我也不知道，就像我这句话一样怎么要加个逗号呢

　这一个"."表示的是当前路径，如果没有的话，会找不到要编译的类了。
