任职要求: This position will be trained in US for 9~12 months
?Bachelors or Master Degree in related field * Prefer Software/Computer Engineering degree
?Minimum of 3 yrs experience developing software for embedded, real time systems
?Minimum 2 yrs experience with C++, 5 yrs preferred.
?Strong Object Oriented analysis and design experience
?Minimum 1 yr experience using UML preferred
?Demonstrated skill in Multithreading/multitasking
?Experience with ILogix Rhapsody or Rational Rose preferred
?Experience with MDA and ROPES a strong plus
?Experience in distributed systems and application of CORBA a strong plus
?Experience in applying XML a plus
?Java, Java Swing experiences a plus.
职位职责:
?Under light supervision, uses a broad knowledge of engineering and software technology and its application to assist in the design, development, and sustenance of product systems or subsystems.
?Organizes assigned projects into methods, procedures, and time schedules. Responsible for adhering to time schedules, project milestones, and accomplishment of assigned objectives.
?Generates software requirements specifications, designs, models, codes, tests, and maintains product control software from equipment specifications and requirements.
?Coordinates and works with marketing, program managers, quality assurance personnel, other engineering disciplines, designers, technicians, or drafters as necessary to accomplish assignments.
?Confers with other departments, field support, customers and manufacturing to evaluate and resolve technical problems.
?Develops complex designs, feasibility models, prototypes, test and evaluates them technically. Leads others in the solution of complex technical problems.
?Coordinates technical activity and provide guidance to non-exempt personnel and junior engineers as necessary.
?Prepares technical reports, memoranda as required.
?Presents concepts, data, and recommendations to management via informal design review or to customers in technical presentations.
?Directly contributes to the solution of technical problems involving a combination of software, electrical and mechanical sub-systems or sub-assemblies.
?Keeps abreast of engineering and software technology by attending advanced courses, conferences, and training seminars.
?Maintains reports, files, and records that are required by company policy and standard professional practices.
?Must have good oral and written communication skills and be a team player.
