能不能用程序代码进行DLL文件的注册呢,如果有应该怎么做嘛,请高手教教我~

在WINDOWS里在运行里运行regsvr32 C:\WINDOWS\system32\wmp.dll就可以了
那程序代码里应该怎么做呢

建个类库再添加引用就行了啊 还要注册什么？
