At least (10) years of solid experiences in ERP/CRM (preferably SAP and Oracle) implementation and rollout, with at least (2) full-cycle implementation (from consulting/requirement study to system go-live) experience;
Exposure to ERP/CRM proposal preparation and drafting/editing of Statement of Work (SOW);
Good bilingual communications skills and writing skills (English and Mandarin Chinese);
Some exposure to consulting study and BPR;
Good presentation skills and client interviewing skills;
Self-motivated and drive presales results;
Manage bids and coordinate with client on proposal preparation and clarifications;
