Description This is a senior position within Morgan Stanley Shanghai IT department. The successful candidate will lead a team of software engineers delivery equity trading and analytical systems. This position requires extensive coordination with global counterparts and frequent travel opportunity to Morgan Stanley offices in Tokyo, HongKong, New York and London.
Skills Required - extensive hands on experience in software development - proficient in at least one programming language such as C++, C#, Java. - 5+ years of work experience, 3+ years of team leading experience - extensive project management experience - excellent oral and written communication skills - ability working with mulitple teams and handling interteam dependcies
