1. Graduate degree in Computer Science/Mathematics/Engineering or equivalent experience in Information Technology.

2. Knowledge and skill in Oracle database
- Mainframe structures and features
- Proficient in store procedures, functions and packagesf

3.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Oracle Forms 6i/9i, Oracle Reports 6i/9i, SQL Plus, PL/SQL Loader, Oracle 8i/9i

4. Good communications skills
- Team work spirit
- Clearly Communicate with people at different levels to understand and develop requirements

5. Write and maintain documentation in English
Prepares code documentation, creates and maintains system technical specifications and sub-system specification documentation with the development guidelines.

6. Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
