这是错误的，你应该把画图的部分写在OnDraw函数中。

比如加个成员函数m_rcDraw;
然后在OnDraw函数中加入
if(m_rc.Width()||m_rc.Height())
{
pDC->Rectangle(&m_rcDraw);
}

在OnLButtonDown里写的不是画图，而是m_rcDraw=CRect(point.x -30,point.y-30,point.x+20,point.y+20);
并且调用Invalidate();就可以了。

那你就把所有的OnLButtonDown里的CRect全部都存进一个vector<CRect>里面(作为成员变量)， 然后在OnDraw里面把每个rect都画出来。
