运行程序时：
①单击"显示"按钮，从文件in9.txt中读取文本,并显示在文本框Text1中.
②单击"统计" 按钮，则统计Text1中字母R、T、D（不区分大小写）出现的次数，统计结果分别保存在窗体变量intR、intT、intD中，同时显示在文本框Text2中（显示格式不限）。
③单击"保存"按钮，可将intR、intT、intD中的数据保存到exam9文件夹下out9.txt文件中
