函数add在main函数中使用的时候还没有声明。
你把add函数整个剪切到main前面。
或者你在main前面加一句：int add(intx, int y);

调用函数里面z=x+y;这是其一;
没有函数声明;要么你把调用函数放在#include下面;
要么把函数声明放在下面

问题有二；
其一：调用函数add（）未作声明，若想使用调用函数，有两种方法：
1.调用函数放在主函数的前面；
2.调用函数放在主函数后面，但在主函数之前要先做声明，这样才能保证运行的时候不会出错。
其二：在add（）中z = x + y；
