Role Description                                                                                                                             
Carry out application requirement study, technical and system design and analyze the business process and operation flow
Define software specifications, requirements and design specifications
Work closely with clients to ensure that all the requirements are implemented correctly
Guide/train team members at work
Work closely with team member to help your team succeed
Report to team leader

Required Skills                                                                                                                                 
Fluent spoken English
More than 5 years JAVA EE project experience
Be familiar with Business Object, Crystal Report
Be familiar with SQL
Be familiar with JAVA Design Patterns, Enterprise Architecture Patterns
SAP ETL tool is a plus
Finance, banking business knowledge is a plus
