why?求解if(ch!='"'&&ch!=39)

'的ascii码为39，如果写为:'''程序会报错。//我的是devc++，vc6.0

''' 的写法是错误的，需要用转义字符 \。
写成这样才对：'\''。
不然前两个 ' 会被编译器当做一对匹配的单引号来处理，第三个 ' 又是另一对单引号的起始，于是就语法错误了。
别的没什么问题
