在private void button1_Click(object sender, EventArgs e){}中要写什么才可以调用Second这个方法呢？而已还要可以在label中显示出来！

你要调用方法可以用
Time t=new Time()
t.Second();

而要在label中显示出来是不可能的，除非你的方法直接赋值

            {
                int a;
                for (a=DateTime.Now.Second ; ; a++)
                {
                    if (a > 60)
                    {
                        a = 0;
                    }
                    this.label=a;
                }
            }
