Real’s RP/Cloud service group provides service of digital media management and delivery to any device, anybody and anywhere in the world. The store development team is seeking an enthusiastic and talented SDE to design and implement a highly available and scalable store system in global market. The ideal candidate should be able to take on the role as a leader as well as an individual contributor.

Communication

Education and Experience
Indicate the minimum level of formal education and work experience required for the position. Indicate the degree/diploma/technical or professional certification requirements and the number of years of experience.
Education BS or MS degree in Computer Science or computing related discipline
Experience Minimum:
• 8+ years hands on commercial software development experience and 3+ years technical leadership experience.
• Thorough understanding and hands on experience of the software development lifecycle from specification, through implementation and unit testing, to final deployment and operation.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering high performance, high volume and high availability web applications under tight time constraints.
• Expert knowledge of Java/J2EE platform and Java-based web services such as Spring Web Service.
• Strong Knowledge of JSP/Servlet, HTML, Javascript, XML, CSS, JSTL, AJAX.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with local and remote team members.
Preferred:
• Experience with Spring Web Flow.
• Experience to design and develop 24/7 high traffic ecommerce web applications.
• Knowledgeable about Accessibility, Usability, and W3C standards.
