Mainframe Sr. System Engineer/ Technology Analyst/ Technology Lead (Shanghai, Hangzhou)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understanding client requirements and preparing designs for translating those needs into deliverables;
2. Building best-of-breed applications and software per-specification and on-time delivery of identified work-products;
3. Ensuring compliance to corporate policies, processes and standards;
4. Maintaining and enhancing applications and software per specific client-contractual norms;
5. Lead a testing team to complete projects (Team Leader Required);
Key Requirements
1. At least Graduate degree in Bachelor or above in CS or related;
2. >4 years of experience in Mainframe project development (TL required 5+ years of experience in Mainframe project development and 1+ yeas' Mainframe management experience);
3. Skillful in COBOL, JCL, CICS and DB2;
4. Banking domain knowledge is a plus;
5. Ability to work under pressure;
6. A team player and self-starter;
7. Good Communication Skills both in written and spoken;
