楼主的程序主要有几个问题：
1.&S是C++中的概念，应该在#include<iostream>中，在C语言中一般只能用指针；
2.OVERFLOW，OK，Staus,ERROR等的值都需要经过编译预处理赋值，如#define OK 1；
....
总之，书上的算法都是用伪C语言描述的，照搬过来是行不通的！
