I guess the problem is related to the CDateTimeCtrl since the error occurs in the mentioned file concerned with windows controls.

重新安装vc6可能会解决问题。

我重装了vc,问题依旧，同时又出现VC的动态库未装全。可能是系统文件出错。所以我就重新安装了系统，运行都正常了。
