int main(int argc, char* argv[])中(int argc, char* argv[])是什么意思？小弟小问下。。。。。求转置矩阵。。

这个是vc6的编译器，主函数的参数个数以及参数

这个3行3列的数组，行转列，编译的时候，出错了。

不知道错在哪里？？

晕，原来是传参数出错

 row_to_col(c[3][3],d[3][3]);

改成:

 row_to_col(c,d);
