· Provide 24*5 hours support to the Production systems of client

· Recording and updating work items in ticket logging system

· Answering hotline queries

· Escalation to DB management

· Investigation, reporting and possible correction to failed batches

· Ability to work with Infrastructure team to maintain Global platforms for Reference Data team.

· Good communication skills, will be facing off to Front/Back/Middle Office IT and business

Experienced in Weblogic

· Basic UNIX, Oracle and SQL knowledge are required

· Good understanding of Software development
