如果把C的约束换成其他具体控件 就可以调用cssclass属性

比如这样写 就可以调用cssclass属性，不过这样写就限制了我传入的泛型c的类型

你把参数类型约束在了Control,但是Control并没有cssClass这个属性啊,只有它的子类才有
好像你只能针对某一种控件来做
