自定义过程应该如何定义？

private //这里定义的函数和过程是私有的
Procedure pro1; //定义过程1
function fun1(A:string):string; //定义函数1，输入的一个string值返回一个string值；
public //这里定义的函数和过程可以被其他单元调用

自定义一个过程，为什么我写进去就报错呢？？
格式如下：

提示：
