实习要结束了，但厂里要写工作小节，还要按照个人的专业写个设计，我师父然我写个SQL数据导入到EXCEL的程序，我的天我没学过SQL啊，但师父不管，我晕死了这个我实在不懂，请各位老大帮一下忙，具体是有一台机器是EXCEL一台是SQL SERVER，现在要SQL的这台机器在每小时的55分的时候导入数据到EXCEL这台电脑上去，各位大侠有办法吗？怎么编啊帮帮小弟把我都急死了！
