为什么我的程序中所有的系统函数都不能用,

为什么我的程序中所有的系统函数都不能用,如,DATE()、MID() CSTR（）TRIM（）等函数都不能用，运行就会在有系统函数的地方遇到“找不到工程或库”的错误，如下所示，请各位大师帮我看看，深谢！
