Experience:
6-8 years of professional experience for Engineering specialists, in design engineering / manufacturing industry (preferably automotive component manufacturing)
3-5 years of professional experience with design engineering / manufacturing industry (preferably automotive component manufacturing) for engineering consultants.
工作经验：
• 工程专家：6~8年工程设计/汽车零部件制造的专业经验
• 工程顾问：3-5 年工程设计/汽车零部件制造的专业经验。
• 设计工程师：1-3年的CAD设计工作经验
Expertise:
Strong communication skills, analytical skills and problem solving skills
Experience with CATIA, UG, VPM and other CAD packages and exposure to manufacturing process.
Robustness methods, DFMEA, DVP&R and awareness of vehicle evaluation.
eager to learn new tools and processes

Job responsibility
Design of Seating/interior/BIW system
Responsible for all sourcing action support until sourcing approval for appropriate commodity
Responsible for setting all quality targets with supply base for a particular commodity
Responsible for on-going product change management.
