madpbpl谢谢你可以了，但是就是有点不明白下面这句为什么要这样写
qty_1='" & rs("qty") & "' 为什么不是qty_1=rs("qty")
where [name]='" & rs("name_gh") & "'" 为什name要用[name]这个括号括起来呢
conn.execute 这个作用是做什么的

我是初学者请多包函！

因为这是写在sql语句中，所以要用&把语句连起来，[name]可能是数据库关键字，所以要加[]
至于conn.execute你可以去查一下，先不告诉你了。
