职位要求:
1.大学本科学历,
2.具备一年以上游戏策划工作经验(优先录取)
3.曾在游戏公司担任过市场或产品专员以上职务者
4.有良好的沟通能力、团队协作意识和出色的学习能力,对游戏制作有持久的热忱;
5.对东西方的人文历史、地理均有一定了解;
6.优秀的口头表达能力与文字表达能力。
7.熟练使用各类游戏策划设计所需的办公软件(善用Office软件)。

LusioSoft Entertainment Co., Ltd. (LEC) is currently seeking 12 experienced and motivated software engineers to join our dynamic team. The successful applicants will be team oriented with a strong work ethic, and demonstrate their suitability through a clear and precise understanding of the following criteria:
Basic qualifications and attributes:
3+ years experience in software design, coding using C++.
Strong analytical, coding and debugging skills.
Strong communication and cross group collaboration skills.
Strong problem solving capability and love to get things done.
Great technical passion, ability to learn new technologies quickly
Working experience on at least one fully completed product cycle.
With at least one of following specialties:
3+ years in 3D real time graphics. Understanding the following terms, and experience implementing one or more of them: PVS, CLOD terrain, geometry instancing (shader), HDR rendering. (also include any other relevant experience)
2+ years in physic simulation, this should include collision detection, RB dynamics, friction, stacking and joints. Experience in vehicle simulation and multi-process/thread simulator is a plus.
2+ years in sound processing. Knowledge of audio signal processing - mixing, sample rates, data compression, filters, reverbs, 3D positional audio etc.. Experience in SPU, DSP, MIDI, interactive music and other audio related specialties would be an advantage.
2+ years in FreeBSD system programming. Clear understanding of how the OS was designed, clear understanding of the kernel and network layer code, and ability to modify if needed.
