不要说暗语嘛

本来是“ a ？b ：c ”的， a 如果为真，这执行b；反之，执行c。

“a & 1”就是 如果a为偶数，就返回0，反之返回1；

没有错，就是这样。
a ？b ：c 是一条语法
a&1，a与1运算结果为0~1

好象是这么回事，解法不同，但结果一样；这就是异曲同工之效吧
