backcolor变成transparent.不知道是不是这样

选中Lable，点属性里的backcolor，选Web，第1个就是transparent（透明）。

楼上的方法只对单色有用，如果背景是图片的话就不行了。

你提到的这个问题我在很早的时候也遇到过。我也问了许多的人，他们都没有给出很好的答案。后来我是用直接在图片上面输入字体的方法。用 DrawString 方法，就能在图像上面输入字体。下面给你一个简单的例子（来自 msdn）：
