解决方法, _declspec(dllimport)前面要加extent "C",后面要加函数的返回类型,如 extern "C" _declspec(dllimport) int plus(int a,int b);
并且,不知何种原因,用绝对路径找不到,要放在调用源同文件夹,然后直接xxx.lib
