0<t && t<=1

  楼上说的对，if  中的判断语句还要练啊

scanf("%f,%f",&x,&y);

（0<t<=1）应该改为（t>0&&t<=1）
（0<t<=1）这个语句是从左往右执行的，应该这样看（0<t）<=1,t肯定是个整数，所以t>0肯定成立，即为真，c语言中用1代表真，然后继续判断，1<=1永远成立，所以这个语句是永远成立的。
