笨的方法：
读到 网页后，取整个源代码，然后查找你要投票的姓名。
找到后，从这个位置向后，搜索第一个 标记

然后到这个标志里，找到这个ID 。

找不到姓名时，需要换一页重新读网页，然后再重新搜索，所以你也要解决读下一页情况。
