第一行是这组数据的总个数  第一列是ASCII码 第二列是名称 第三列是单价 第四列是数量 第五列是总金额 要求按照ASCII码进行排序，若ASCII码相同则按总金额从大到小排序。

C里面 用链表应该不难吧
C++ 的话，getline()和stringstream()也行，我基本思路是这样的，我也才学一点点

这个文档格式设计者应该去吃屎
首先是第一行的数量根本没必要，因为实际行数是可以统计出来的，这样的设计除了增加错误之外，毫无用处；
其次是总价，可以根据单价和数量计算出，理由同上。
另外，题目描述要清楚，不能让别人去瞎猜，比如文中所谓的“ASCII码”是不是严格4个字节长度，不能多也不能少，是不是还允许空格等字符存在？你都没有交代；再比如“单价”是不是只允许整数，数值上限是多少？
