什么意思   

ios::noreplace 的作用是打开一个文件，若文件存在，则打开失败。 那它的作用是建立新文件吧.
但是新版本的C++ I/O 类库中不提供ios::noreplace
所以求一个建立新文件的方法

    ifstream in("xxx.xxx");

    ofstream out("xx.xx");

    if (in == NULL)
    {

    if (out == NULL)
    {

用ios::in或者ios::out 都行
