Role Description                                                                                                                             
Carry out application requirement study, technical and system design and analyze the business process and operation flow            
Design programs or modules individually
Develop programs that meet specifications and conform to development standards
Meet project assignment delivery schedule
Develop test cases and execute them to insure the delivery quality meet expectations
Work closely with team member to help your team succeed
Report to team leader

Required Skills                                                                                                                                 
Good written English
More than 2 years JAVA EE project experience
Be familiar with Business Object, Crystal Report
Be familiar with SQL
Be familiar with JAVA Design Patterns, Enterprise Architecture Patterns
SAP ETL tool is a plus
Finance, banking business knowledge is a plus

Bachelor above
Computer science or related major
Easy communicated and team player
