Senior Flash Developer
Permanent, full-time position
Reporting to the Project Manager you will participate in the website localization for our International clients. You will be implicated in such projects as brand site, campaign sites and other media sites for a famous vehicle brand in Europe. You always look for the best way to deliver the perfection quality to client. We are looking for a person who is passionate, responsible, flexible and wants to be part of a global professional website production team. You have a gift for graphic design and animation and you are comfortable with programming.
Your principal tasks are:
? Responsible for the Flash production from the briefs of the project manager.
? Responsible for the animation and coding of the Flash.
? Ensure the quality of the deliverables base on the specifications.
Qualifications:
? 2-5 years of professional experience in the interactive field;
? Mastering of ActionScript 2 & 3;
? Experience with PhotoShop and Illustrator
? Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming practices;
? Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and XML.
? Basic knowledge of video compression and editing software;
? Bilingual (Chinese and English) is preferred; For English level, at least could work on English emails and briefs independently.
? Design experience with Flash technology;
? Expertise in After Effects is a strong plus

HTML Developer
Reporting to the production director you will participate in the development of graphic design projects for our local and International clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of web standards, CSS-driven/tableless HTML layouts, DHTML (JavaScript 1.0-1.5, CSS1 & CSS2, DOM Levels 0-2), HTTP (get/post, headers), cross-browser compatibility & browser degradation strategies, optimization techniques (both in file weight and perceived/actual rendering speed), object-oriented design, unit testing & debugging techniques, dynamic content retrieval, state management, accessibility techniques, device-portability techniques, internationalization issues, and version control software.

Description:
You know HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XSL / XML languages. You will interact regularly with the graphic designer, programmer and the project manager.

? Experience with Adobe Photoshop to slice, optimize and re-size images;
? Experience in working within a team environment;

Requirements:
- 2+ years working experience in enterprise environment
- At least 2 years experience of PHP. Solid knowledge and experience of C# and is a good plus.
- Familiar with Joomla CMS/lifetype BLOG website frameworks
- Familiar MVC design pattern
- Experienced in JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS,Ajax etc.
- Experience in database (Oracle/MySQL) programming and optimizations, good SQL programming skill
- Solid knowledge of the Windows Server environment.
- Good understanding of OO concept and design pattern. UML is desirable.
- Good English written/spoken proficiency.
- Problem solving and process driven
