这个简单的函数，哪里出错了呢，就是文件不存在的话 if 后面的 not exist不是应该显示么，但是为什么不显示呢。

你的这个程序有一个小小的问题，就是open函数没有参数，那么这时应该将open函数写为：void open(void)

同时还有一个很严重的问题就是如果说文件打开错误即if条件成立的话，应该在printf后面加上exit(0),表示此时程序终止，如果不这样的话，程序会继续执行，这样在调用fclose函数的时候in的值就是不合法的！

不过在工程目录下面我没有上面要打开的文件 所以输出结果就是 not exist

我是用c的   WIN-tc
为什么一直运行不了啊~  直接跳出的。就一直不明白是什么问题了
