输入时格式不正确，函数定义错误。

那个power()是个什么函数哈？有什么意义呢？

对函数声明的时候  里边的形参是不能省略的
声明时应该是这样  double power（double a，int b）  注意：对形参声明的时候要一一声明类型的。
或者就直接用一楼的方法  把被调函数写在前边  这样后边的主函数中就不用声明了
