**Description:
Your Role: The IT Manager will work closely with our Business Manager to oversee strategy, development, and operations for our web‐based carbon management systems. Uncompromising on quality but also sensitive to commercial priorities , the IT Manager will have strong technical abilities but will also be able to manage external resources to achieve business priorities.

Location: Shanghai, China

Responsibility: Executing web related tasks that will involve coding, graphic design, back‐end system

You must show:
·Strong Knowledge of PHP and HTML languages with examples of past projects
·Knowledge of and APEX desirable
·Mandarin fluency preferred
·English (minimum conversational, fluency preferred)
·Bachelors Degree from an accredited university.
·Strong quantitative skills.
·A self‐starter who is willing to take initiative in pushing ideas and projects forward.
