一个是做数据迁移的, 主要是从Sybase 到 MSSQL, 以前对这两个数据库比较熟悉, 会基础的数据库开发就可以了  
职位要求： Key Responsibilities:
1)Define migration methodology/process and design conversion critical path.
2)Convert Sybase objects (tables, indexes, stored procedures etc) and data to MS SQL Server.
3)Evaluate and validate the migrated database.
4)Perform functionality validation test for critical design components.
5)Write scripts for auto migration and deployment.
Required Skills/Experience:
1)2 years plus experience on database development
2)Strong work experience in database programming, including SQL query, T-SQL.
3)Solid knowledge for one of major commercial database (SQL Server, Sybase, Oracle, DB2).
4)Database design, modeling and troubleshooting experience.
5)Master the difference between Microsoft SQL Server and Sybase ASE.
6)Experienced with database migration is plus.
7)Experienced with commercial reporting tools such as Crystal/SQR report.
8)Good communication skills. Fluent in English (Both writing and speaking).
9)Bachelor degree or above

2、职位名称： Senior developer (急)

因为是四五个系统, 可能用不同的语言编译, 所以会基础的代码编写, 特别是前台, 以前用过JAVA和.NET就可以, 懂基础的数据库原理和开发.  
职位要求： Key Responsibilities:
1)Evaluate and analysis current system architecture and technical solution, determine code migration approach.
2)Define a methodology and associated project tasks for migrating code.
3)Design specifications for all phases of the project: application migration, database migration, unit testing, performance testing.
4)Go through the codes to identify the SQL statements need to be rewrite.
5)Perform application quantify assessment like impact areas in source code.
6)Migration the Sybase SQL to Microsoft SQL statements.
7)Run unit tests and perform general system integration testing.
Required Skills/Experience:
1)2 years plus of hands-on software development experience.
2)Solid experience and in-depth understanding software development process.
3)1 year plus programming experience on VB/VBScript/
4)Experience on JAVA/C/C++/Power Builder is plus.
5)Experience on application migration is plus
6)Experienced with commercial reporting tools such as Crystal/SQR report.
7)Proficiency in writing SQL.
8)Good written and oral communication and cross-group collaboration skills
