职位描述：
1.头衔：J2EE软件工程师／高级工程师
2.工作地点：中国上海 长宁区 近上海影城
3.面向企业客户，提供基于WEB的大宗商品交易与交割解决方案，从事ERP系统的开发，定制，实施，运行，支持，文档，QA；

职位要求：
1.大学以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2.熟练英语阅读听说；
3.2年基于Web系统的开发经验；
4.熟悉J2EE系统多层架构，熟悉jsp/sevlet，Struts，DAO，Hibernate， Spring, JSF等轻量级开发技术；
5.精通SQL语法，熟悉以下数据库：Firebird, SQL Server, mysql或Oracle；
6.熟悉Jboss, Weblogic,或Websphere
7.熟悉JMS, Ajax, Web2.0, Web Services, 数据库性能优化, jasper report, Netweaver或Linux/Unix者优先
8.熟悉SAP, ERP, CRM或者BI者优先
9.有贸易软件开发或者贸易行业经验者优先
10.为人诚实，能自我激励，学习能力强，有团队意识，善于合作，能够在压力下独立工作并按时完成；

SENIOR/SOFTWARE ENGINEER (J2EE)

Requirements:
- Education:
University degree in computer science/engineering or other related major

- Experience:
At least 2 years experience in relevant development areas.
Good knowledge in MVC architecture
Experience in the development/customization based on a legacy system will be an added advantage

- Responsibilities:
Product development and implementation including development from scrach and customization of product for specific customers.
Good documentation
Ensure high quality of code and good system performance

- Knowledge and Skills:
Solid competence in Java and J2EE is a must.
Competence and good knowledge of best practices in one or more of the following frameworks: Struts, Spring, Hibernate, JSF.
Fluent in SQL and familiar with database development practices. Competence in one or more of the following database: Firebird, SQl Server, Oracle, mysql.
Competence in one or moe of the following application servers: JBoss, Weblogic, Websphere.
Practical experience with other languages and development frameworks is an added advantage.
Prior experience with JMS, Ajax, Web2.0, Web Services, database tuning, jasper report, Netweaver, or Linux/Unix is an added advantage.
Prior experience with SAP, ERP, CRM, BI, or other large-scale business solution is an added advantage.
Prior experience with trading software or trading industry is an added advantage
Good communication skills in English
Able to work independently or in a team to fulfill the target meeting the deadline
Able to work under pressure
Able to work across projects
