Job Skillset: 1)Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science/Computer Engineering preferred.
2)3yrs+ project experience of software development.
3)Strong skills on Database, JAVA and J2EE development.
4)Strong skills on Spring, Struts and Hibernate.
5)Strong background on Websphere Application Server including administration/deployment/development/testing.
6)Familiar with SQL Server.
7)Good skills on Web Services, XML and Design pattern.
