MISSION
The terminal software developer is in charge of designing, documenting, developing, testing and supporting the software dedicated for terminals.
He/she must continuously improve its technological expertise, as well as make propositions for improvements on technologies, methods, tools and processes.
As member of a Software team, he/she works with a high team spirit and sharing capabilities. The software developer reports to the team leader.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring design, development and test of software into a global project
Documenting his feature development via external specifications
Documenting architecture and algorithm implemented (Top level and Low Level Design)
Documenting internal interfaces
Documenting tests plan, developing test tools, and running software tests
Applying methodology/Process with particular attention on Unitary tests and Integration tests
Ensuring required quality level and lead time for his development
Ensuring support of specific code (existing or newly developed code)
QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory
Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications and / or embedded systems  
Good experience in general embedded software development. Development experience in telecommunication handset device is preferred
Strong experience in software design, coding (C, C++) and tests, use of coding rules  for portability, security, performance, testability, …
Good knowledge and experience in real-time embedded OS (VxWorks/Linux)
Experience with one or more additional technical subjects is prefered: Driver, IPv6, Security, DECT, Blue tooth, Wifi, Audio, SIP, VoIP, Displays
Familiar with UNIX or Linux development environment, ClearCase, ClearQuest and other emulators and debuggers
English proficiency in reading and writing, good communication skills
Be Initiative and innovative, can work independently and take responsibility. Show good team spirit.

MISSION
The integration test engineer is in charge of integration test and non-regression test for terminals, in order to ensure the software quality before the entry of validation test.
He/she must continuously improve its technological expertise, as well as make propositions for improvements on technologies, methods, tools and processes.
As member of a Software team, he/she works with a high team spirit and sharing capabilities. The integration test engineer reports to the team leader.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Setup and maintain test platform for software integration and system test.
Build and update integration test case and plan based on deep understanding on requirement, feature, software external specification and design.
Write test script to test new features and verify fault report corrections delivered by development team.
Run test campaign automatically or manually based on testing script and write test report.
Find bugs in software, submit fault report and describe all necessary information in detail.
Help developer to re-produce problem in different environment and even help to analyze the problem.
Maintain and develop test tools
QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory
Bachelor degree or above on telecom, computer or related
Good experience in software test design and execution
Test experience in telephone, mobile phone or other kinds of terminals or telecom products is preferred.
Experience in software or test tools development (C/C++, Perl)
Familiar with UNIX or Linux test environment, ClearCase, ClearQuest and other test tools
English proficiency in reading and writing, good communication skills

EXPERIENCE
Test engineer with at least 2 years experience in embedded software test.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Coordinate test efforts across multiple test teams and multiple sites
- Review Product Requirements Document, SW Functional and Design Specifications, and other relevant documentation to extract detailed test cases and provide additional requirements for testability
- Develop/review comprehensive test strategies; test plans; test effort sizing and schedules
- Define, evaluate, and/or develop required test tools and test equipment.
- Execute and add value to in-depth feature, scalability, and performance test suites.
- Plan regression strategy and perform regressions, including the design and implementation of automated/unattended regression suites
- Support the design team by debugging issues; isolating root cause of issues and partnering with design/development team on problem resolution.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows
* Good knowledge of /TCP/IP/VLAN
* Experience in test scripting with Perl, Expect/TCL, C, or Java
* Experience with : DHCP, DNS, TFTP/HTTP/HTTPS, SIP, RTP, sRTP, 802.1x.
* Broad knowledge of IP network protocols and network design including router and switch configuration.
* Working Experiences with SW development is a strong plus
* at least 2+ years of software development or test experiences preferably in internetworking and VoIP technologies, applications and devices.
* BS in CS/EE or equivalent, with Master's Degree or above preferred.
