perl报错（找不到指定模块）求各位前辈指点，万分感谢！

各位大佬我现在在学习使用perl脚本程序提取TCGA临床数据， 运行perl脚本程序会报错：

我自己尝试用代码重新安装了程序包，但是没有效果。
