用pb9开发短信用Webservice，在开发中运行正常，编译后运行出错。那位高手看看

我是pb9开发的一个发短信功能,在开发中能正常发短信,可编译后运行发短信是就出错"unresolvalbe external soapconnection when linking  reference"程序是这样的,我是调用Webservice来发短信的.开发运行中很正常:程序如下:SoapConnection  conn
