MFC调用mysql会出现不能编译的问题

为什么我用MFC调用mysql会出现不能编译的问题？cannot compile the file"E:\C++\xcsj\StdAfx.h;no compile tool
is associated with the file extention. 上面的路径是我的工程的目录.请高手帮忙。谢谢！！！
